On August 29, 2022, at approximately 9:52am, an unidentified perpetrator followed one of our residents from Roosevelt Avenue. The perpetrator approached the resident from behind and forcefully removed a gold chain from around his neck. The resident did not sustain any injuries and the NYC Police Department is investigating. Small Roof Fire – Power Plant Hello Shareholders, Big Six Towers experienced a small fire on the roof of the power plant. BST staff, along with members of the NYC Fire Department, responded and extinguished the fire expeditiously.
